The place is great and also at a great location. The staff was amazing. My first impressions was a warm welcome from Gabriella who is one of the reception staff. The staff went all the way out to assist me when I had an incident in the city, when I got back to the hotel the staff helped me to get in contact with the local police to report the incident. I was even helped to do my flight check in a night before my early morning flight. Thank you to all the team for the effort in assisting me and made me feel better after a traumatic experience in the city.

Samantha at the front desk and Victor at breakfast service further stood out as knowledgeable, nice, fast - in sum, they stopped at nothing to make sure we were well taken care of, every single day of our stay. Both are superstars that truly get the meaning of hospitality. We travel quite a lot and can’t remember another time when we found anyone else like them. The new updated luxury rooms are great for the price. They are well appointed, clean and maintained. Location is perfect.

The staff was really nice and helpful, most of all the girls at the front desk. Always willing to help and keen to find solutions. I really appreciated that even though I don’t speak Portuguese, they made an effort to speak en English and/or Spanish so we could understand each other. The hotel is very well located, I would say that it’s at one of the best zones in São Paulo and the cost is good. Overall it was a great stay.
